The 5th WELMEC Committee meeting was held successfully in Bruges on 16th and17th of May. Every year it is an excellent opportunity for personal excahnges. Over three days, the meeting provided a comprehensive overview of the various working groups. With 32 member countries, the European Commission, Euramet, European Accreditation and others, it was a profound and informative conference. While CECIP LMG President Karlheinz Banholzer attended the sessions on the 16th of May, CECIP Secretary General Samuel Schmidt gave a presentation on the 17th of May.
