On 1 January the Brexit transition period ended and the UK is also in practice not an EU Member State anymore. Although a comprehensive trade deal was signed there still will be significant changes for weighing companies trading between the UK and EU. For example, marking and conformity assessment requirements will change at the end of 2021. To inform all CECIP members about the consequences of Brexit for the weighing industry and what they should do in practice to continue trading, CECIP organises a webinar on this topic on 1 April from 14.00 to 15.30 CET. We're glad to announce that head of the NMO, Mannie Panesar, will give a presentation during this webinar.
